How does the 30-day trial start?
Install ANIMAIL and your trial activates automatically online. No ANIMAIL account or card is needed to try it. Reinstalling keeps the original trial period.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Create or sign in to your ANIMAIL account and activate a licence to keep sending and receiving. Choose Standard at US$45/year, or Premium VIP at US$65 for the first year, then US$99/year automatically until canceled. Trying the app does not automatically charge you. Your downloaded mail remains readable and exportable.
Are the character packs included in membership?
The included notifier crew comes with Standard. Premium VIP includes the mail app and every character pack: After Dark, Superheroes and Hollywood Scandals. With Standard, packs are purchased separately. Buying an individual pack does not include the app membership.
Can I buy just one pack?
Yes. After Dark is US$9.95/year and Superheroes is US$4.49/year, and Hollywood Scandals is US$9.95/year. Each purchase is independent. You can keep the classic animal crew without buying an optional pack.
Does membership activate automatically after payment?
Yes. Sign in to your ANIMAIL account and complete secure checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the app activates your membership automatically. You can close the account window while it checks. No licence key needs copying.
How do I activate my pack?
Install ANIMAIL, open your chosen pack from the Tools menu, and sign in to your ANIMAIL account. Subscribe to the pack or choose Premium VIP, then refresh its access and choose your character. These examples show the actual original characters in the packs.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
Standard is US$45/year. Premium VIP is US$65 first year, then US$99/year automatically until canceled. Individual character packs are annual subscriptions. The Corporate Design Pack is a separate one-time service. Review the renewal details at checkout and manage or cancel your subscription from your ANIMAIL account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
