A development preview.
ANIMAIL is provided for evaluation and feedback while features and compatibility are still being developed. The current preview is free to download; future pricing is not announced. It is unsigned, and production security, signing and broad provider acceptance are not complete. Keep an independent backup of important mail and review current limitations.
Your email accounts.
Use only mailboxes you are authorized to access, and follow your provider’s rules. Your provider supplies email delivery and account services. ANIMAIL does not guarantee delivery, availability, archive conversion or mailbox recovery. Check uncertain-delivery status before retrying a send.
Original work and independent identity.
ANIMAIL’s name, original characters, artwork, sound and ASIA DESIGN LAB design are reserved by their owners. No open-source licence for proprietary ANIMAIL source or artwork is granted by downloading the preview. Third-party open-source components retain their own applicable licences. Nothing here restricts non-waivable rights or permissions granted under those licences.
IncrediMail is mentioned to describe a style of expressive email people remember. ANIMAIL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a continuation of the original IncrediMail product or its former owners. Legacy services and a tested legacy mail importer are not included.
Responsible use.
Do not use the software for spam, unauthorized access, harassment or other unlawful activity. Respect recipients, attachments, copyright and the laws applicable to your use.
Limits and your rights.
The preview is offered as available, subject to applicable law. Descriptions are limited to features currently shipped and may change as development continues. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This notice is not a claim of legal certification or universal compliance.
